I noticed on the progress box, it nevers 'tries' a speed greater than 3.0 on the download. Is there a cookie or setting that controls this?? Not that my speed IS greater than 3Mb yet

Do u need to apply for roadrunner better speed? my speed for dl still lest than 3mb.

Usually for the modem to reset properly you should leave the modem unplugged for about 45 seconds. You should also shut down the computer as well. Give that a try and let me know.
